These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ahas777. By creating an account or using any service on our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted every provision set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.

ahas777 is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
One Account Per Player
Each individual may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited in accordance with these Terms.
Wagering Requirements Apply
All bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements outlined in Section 5. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until requirements are met.
Fair Play Enforced
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, collude with other players, or use automated betting software is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ahas777 website, mobile platform, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, and promotional offerings (collectively, the "Services"). This Agreement is entered into between you ("the User", "you", "your") and ahas777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and will publish the updated Agreement on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the ahas777 Services is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that, at all times during your use of the Services:
- You are at least 18 years of age. ahas777 does not permit use of its Services by any person under the age of 18, regardless of the legal gambling age in any specific jurisdiction.
- You are accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the use of our Services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You are acting on your own behalf as an individual user and not on behalf of any third party.
- You do not hold a position as an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of ahas777, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.
- You are not suffering from any condition, disorder, or circumstance that would make gambling harmful to you at the time of using the Services.
ahas777 employs age-verification procedures as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request identity documents — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, birth certificate, or driver's licence — from any user at any time in order to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use the full range of ahas777 Services, you must create a player account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. Required registration information includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change after registration.
ahas777 operates a strict one account per person policy. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you inadvertently create a duplicate account, you must notify our support team immediately.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ahas777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
- Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for an additional layer of account protection.
- Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
- Notify support@ahas777 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)
ahas777 applies KYC verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal, we may require you to submit one or more of the following: government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Documents must be clear, unaltered, and in a supported file format. ahas777 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and approved.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Minimums
ahas777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, as displayed at the time of deposit.
Deposits are credited to your ahas777 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ahas777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account held in your own name. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:
- Your account KYC verification must be complete and approved.
- Any applicable bonus wagering requirements on your account balance must be fully met.
- The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold as displayed in the cashier section.
- No active investigation or security review is pending on your account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times
ahas777 endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile money withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. ahas777 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of significant value, which may extend processing times.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
ahas777 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in line with international best practices. We reserve the right to request the source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual account activity patterns. Any suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime will be reported to appropriate authorities and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation. Winnings associated with fraudulent activity will be voided and forfeited.
5 Bonus & Wagering Requirements
5.1 General Bonus Terms
ahas777 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this Section 5. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms.
Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins as specified by the relevant promotion. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following default wagering rules apply to all bonuses issued by ahas777:
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the promotion) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
- Only wagers placed on eligible games count towards wagering requirements. Games with a Return to Player (RTP) above 97% or game categories excluded by specific promotion terms may contribute 0% or a reduced percentage towards wagering.
- Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Uncompleted bonuses that expire are automatically removed from the account along with any associated winnings.
- Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum per spin or per match during a bonus period may result in the voiding of the bonus and any related winnings.
- ahas777 reserves the right to void bonus winnings and cancel withdrawal requests if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms through any means.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once, using VPNs or proxy services to appear eligible for region-restricted offers, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotion mechanics — is strictly prohibited. ahas777 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect abusive behaviour. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will be immediately suspended and all bonus-related balances forfeited.
6 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are expressly prohibited on the ahas777 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment details to fund your account; making chargebacks in bad faith after receiving genuine services; submitting forged identity or address documents during KYC.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format on the platform.
- Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, analyse odds in real time, or interact with the platform in a manner that provides an artificial advantage over other players.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing mistakes, or other technical faults for financial gain. ahas777 reserves the right to void any bets or transactions resulting from a demonstrable technical error, regardless of whether the result has already been settled.
- Money laundering: Using the ahas777 platform for any transaction intended to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
- Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language at support staff or other users through any communication channel associated with ahas777.
- Underage play: Allowing or facilitating access to the ahas777 platform by any person under the age of 18.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request the closure of your ahas777 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@ahas777. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Closed accounts may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification of identity and eligibility, provided the original closure was not the result of a self-exclusion or problem gambling request.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
ahas777 offers self-exclusion as a responsible gaming tool for players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or on a permanent basis. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked, marketing communications are ceased, and the player is prevented from opening a new account. Permanent self-exclusion requests are irreversible. 7.3 Suspension by ahas777
ahas777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
- Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
- Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy).
- A regulatory instruction or court order requiring the suspension of the account.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, ahas777 will endeavour to complete its review within 30 days and to communicate the outcome to the account holder via registered email. Where closure follows a confirmed breach, any real-money balance may be returned at ahas777's discretion after deducting amounts owed or forfeited under this Agreement.
7.4 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ahas777 will notify you by email before applying the dormant account policy. A monthly administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances as permitted under this Agreement and as disclosed in the dormant account notice. The fee will not cause the account balance to fall below zero.
8 Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
ahas777 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from latency or data loss. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, third-party infrastructure outages, and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary service interruptions.
8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ahas777 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any claim arising from a third-party service provider failure. Our total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your ahas777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3 Third-Party Content
The ahas777 platform incorporates games and content developed and supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While we require all providers to maintain fair play and RNG certification, ahas777 is not responsible for malfunctions, errors, or inaccuracies in third-party game software. Any dispute concerning game outcomes provided by a third-party supplier will be escalated to the relevant provider in accordance with our standard complaints procedure.
8.4 Governing Language & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is written in English. English is the binding language of this document. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through ahas777's internal complaints procedure by contacting support@ahas777. ahas777 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
